II. Payment and delivery terms
II.1 The buyer can pay for the goods upon receipt of the goods on delivery.
II.2 Payment is possible in EURO currency
II.3 The goods are normally delivered within the Slovak Republic. Goods to other EU countries will be shipped by the seller only after agreement with the buyer. The price for shipping outside the Slovak Republic will be notified to the buyer by e-mail before the ordered goods are shipped.
II.4 The tax document (invoice) is sent by the seller to the buyer together with the goods.
II.5 The delivery time for the goods in the seller's offer is in most cases within 3 working days from the confirmation of the order, the maximum delivery time in cases of unavailability of the goods in the seller's warehouse is 30 days or may be extended by agreement with the buyer. The Seller will inform the Buyer of the extended delivery period and delivery date when confirming the order by telephone or e-mail. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the notified extended delivery time, he has the option to cancel the order.
II.6 The Seller will inform the Buyer by e-mail about the dispatch/shipment of the goods.
II.7 The Seller provides the transport of the goods within the Slovak Republic. The Buyer chooses the carrier by selecting from the offer when placing the order.
II.8 Charges for the transport of goods, so-called postage and packing.

II.9 The place of collection is determined on the basis of the delivery data entered in the Buyer's order. Delivery of the goods to the specified place is deemed to be fulfilment of the delivery.
II.10 The goods are adequately packed and secured. The Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the consignment when taking delivery of the goods and not to take delivery of the consignment from the carrier in the event of damage. Both the Buyer and the Seller shall thus avoid unnecessary costs for any possible claim of the goods.
II.11 The Seller shall deliver an invoice (tax document) to the Buyer together with the goods. The invoice shall also serve as the delivery note and the warranty card.
II.12 The seller shall only be liable for the goods once they have been accepted by the buyer. The goods shall be deemed to have been taken over by the consumer at the moment when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, with the exception of the carrier, has taken over all parts of the ordered goods, or if:
(a) the goods ordered by the consumer in a single order are delivered separately, at the moment of
acceptance of the goods that were delivered last,
(b) he supplies goods consisting of several parts or pieces, at the time of acceptance
the last part or the last piece,
c) the goods are delivered repeatedly during a defined period of time, at the moment of receipt of the first delivered goods.
II.13 In case of greater interest, it may happen that the seller has a shortage of goods in stock and so the ordered goods can be delivered to the buyer successively in several packages, with the buyer paying the postage and packing costs as per one package.
