What do I need to make a claim?

First of all, please include your order number in the subject or body of the message. You can also add the name, in case of an email address associated with your order.

Then clearly and concisely describe the problem or the reason why you want to claim the goods. In the case of damaged or defective goods, please also attach a photograph. 

The legal deadline for handling complaints is 30 days, but we manage to handle most complaints much sooner. 

Compensation

If the fault of the goods is unambiguous, we will replace such goods piece for piece. The customer may also request a full refund of the amount paid for the goods.

Depending on the order or the reason for the claim, we will also be happy to provide a discount code for your next purchase or free shipping.

How do I return goods to our e-shop via Packet?

Very simply. We will send you a return label via our returns email, which you print out, stick on your parcel and hand in at your nearest Packeta outlet.

If you do not have the ability to print this label, dictate the dispensing point operator the tracking number that is listed on the label. The attendant will then print the label and affix it to the parcel.
